Model 761 is Covington Engineering's deluxe commercial wet belt sander. This is the same as model #760 except this unit comes with 1/2 HP motor and 13" high back plate. The 13" high back plate makes it possible to wet sand flat surfaces vertically. (A 4" back plate is now also included at no additional cost.) One 220 grit silicon carbide sanding belt, size 3" x 41 1/2" (Belt number: WBL41G) is included. Additional silicon carbide sanding belts belts are available in grit sizes 60, 80, 100, 220, 320, 400, or 600 at 5.50 per belt or buy 10 assorted belts at 4.70 each.
