The Covington deluxe tumbler Mod. 250TUM is ideal for tumbling stones or tumbling gold and silver castings. Features: three way tumbling action, solid polyvinyl barrel, cast aluminum chassis, Dupont nylon bearings, fan cooled, 110v,60hz motor. The stones or castings tumble in the bottom corner of the barrel and criss-cross from side to side. Second, the hexagon barrel shape forces the stones to abrade and change position within the mass six times per revolution. Third, the slanted back of the tumbler barrel moves a portion of the stones gently up and down while rotating. This 3-way action is a Covington exclusive.
