The 36T-3 heavy duty commercial tumbler by Diamond Pacific is based on the original Highland Park design, well known for its efficiency and long life. The three barrels are great for tumbling stones of different hardness. Put your agates in one barrel, obsidian in another, etc. Remember that the best finish on your stones is achieved by tumbling rocks of the same type or hardness together. If you put soft stones in with hard stones, you will find the soft stones will grind away, while your hard stones still need more grinding. These rotary tumblers are ideal for tumble finishing large loads of stone and for light deburring, burnishing, peening, cleaning and finishing metal parts. The barrels are steel with removable rubber liners. The double pulley drive on the barrel rollers eliminates barrel slippage. Roller shafts are polyurethane covered. Rollers are mounted on heavy duty bronze bearings. Roller bearing barrel guides keep barrels aligned. Unit comes with 1/3HP motor with three wire cord and switch.
