Lucky Strike thundereggs from central Oregon range in size from 8 pounds plus. (Stock 651) These are complete nodules which will have interesting agate patterns in the center of the nodule in colors from clear to blue agate with gold, red, blue and or green. The agate patterns in the Lucky Strike thundereggs may be fortification or moss patterns, etc. and are great fun to slab in half for polishing or slab for terrific unique cabochons. Some of the thundereggs may be geodes (hollow in the center), more than likely they are solid with agate centers. After polishing, the nicest ones are being sold for high dollars.
